Gateau Marcel with Vanilla IceCream

Michel Michaud invented this amazing dessert. Gateau Marcel is a chocolate lover’s dream. It’s a true chocolate bomb made of airy chocolate mousse, with half of it baked in the oven and topped with the other half of the mousse. Here, it has been reinterpreted by Café Evald Brasserie & Café and served with Vanilla Ice Cream.
