No, Kastbergs products can only be enjoyed at fine hotels, restaurants, cafés, and ice cream parlors.

Why do your products taste so good?

How do I adjust the temperature on the scoop freezer?
There is an adjustment screw (thermostat) located in the upper left corner under the shielding plate near the compressor. It should be set so the freezer maintains a temperature of approximately -16°C.
Do you have signs we can use in our ice cream parlor?
Yes, we offer a variety of signs in our signage package, which can be viewed on the Scoop Concept page.
Which flavors do you recommend I sell?
It depends on who you are and who your customers are, but a good selection of 8 flavors could include: Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry, Rhubarb, King Eskimo, Chocolate Cookie, Banana Split, and Sea Buckthorn.
Why does the soft serve machine need to be adjusted for Kastbergs Gourmet Soft Serve?
There is a significant difference in soft serve from one producer to another, so it’s essential to adjust the machine for hardness, air content, and viscosity specific to our product. We always recommend having the machine calibrated to our quality to ensure you serve a perfect product to your customers.
