Canadian-born Kali Wells holds a degree in Culinary Arts and Chef’s Training from the Technical University of Alberta, Canada. Since graduating, Kali has traveled extensively, picking up exciting techniques and flavor combinations from around the world—some of which she has showcased at the World Food Championships. Today, you can find her in the kitchen at Hotel Alte Post in Flensburg.
