He has worked with Michelin chef Den Røde Cottage, before being brought in as the head chef to replace the renowned Michel Michaud at Molskroen in Ebeltoft. Lemon Fromage with Gooseberry Sorbet

Lemon fromage is a classic and nearly the perfect dessert, as it is light, tangy, sweet, and refreshing. This is my take on this classic dessert, combined with Kastbergs Gooseberry Sorbet, served on baked white chocolate. Lemon fromage is loved by many. It’s both creamy and tangy and makes the perfect conclusion to a delicious meal, and it’s hard not to love it.
