Milk Slice with Cherry Sorbet

The flavor of a milk slice is sweet and mild, with a soft and creamy texture. The cake base isn’t overly sweet but serves as the perfect foundation for the sweet filling. The cream is light and airy yet still rich and smooth, melting in your mouth. Together, the cake and filling provide a pleasant flavor experience. In this dessert, I’ve taken inspiration from the familiar milk slice and created my own version. The filling is made with cream cheese for added richness and body.
