During the summer season, there are so many delicious local ingredients to work with. Here, I’ve created this summer dessert featuring a familiar combination of white chocolate and strawberries, served with Kastbergs Rhubarb Sorbet, baked rhubarb, and biscotti with rhubarb. Summer desserts are light and refreshing—perfect when the sun is shining. Additionally, a summer dessert is a great opportunity to explore unique ingredients and create exciting flavor combinations.
