Canadian-born Kali Wells is a trained chef with a degree in Culinary Arts and Chef’s Training from the Technical University of Alberta, Canada. After graduating, she spent years traveling the world, gathering techniques and inspiration, many of which she has showcased at the World Food Championships. Today, you’ll find Kali working her creative magic in the kitchen at Hotel Alte Post in Flensburg.
