Felix Hirschmüller
Born and raised in Menden near Dortmund, Felix is an experienced chef and pastry chef. He has worked as a pastry chef at the one-star Michelin restaurant Der Schneider and later at Camers Schlossrestaurant, which also holds a Michelin star. Today, he is Sous Chef at Restaurant Coast, Sylt.

We always have vegan dishes on our menu, and this dessert is made with vegan products, including vegan chocolate from Valrhona. The dessert is both exotic and a perfect summer treat, and it’s a delicious vegan option. Veganism is a rapidly growing trend, leading to an increased demand for vegan meals in restaurants. While many restaurants offer vegan main courses, salads, soups, and starters, not all have thought about including a vegan dessert on the menu.
