Chocolate-Cookie Ice Cream

This ice cream is just as creamy as all our other ice creams. The base is the same creamy ice cream base used for all our well-loved flavors.

The ice cream is built up in layers, and what does that mean? For Kastbergs, it means that each tub of ice cream is filled in three stages. In each stage, one-third of the tub is filled, and a scoop of chocolate cream and Oreo crumbs are added. This filling is then mixed thoroughly into the ice cream by hand, ensuring that every bite is perfectly blended.

This process is used in several of our other ice creams, including flavors like Stracciatella, Chocolate-Berry, and Peanut-Caramel-Chocolate.
