This year’s new release from Kastbergs Gourmet-IceCream – A deep, rounded caramel icecream forms the foundation of this variant. Into the ice, we fold the creamery’s own liquid chocolate sauce, which adds richness and a soft, rounded chocolate flavor. After that, generous amounts of our pure cookie‑dough chunks are added, developed specifically for our production of cookie‑dough ice cream.
The cookie‑dough pieces are made as small pellets of a classic cookie dough without added chocolate or other flavorings. They are made with a high butter content and a combination of sugar and brown sugar, giving them a softer and chewier texture, even at low serving temperatures. This makes them both distinctive in flavor and pleasant to bite into – exactly as a handcrafted cookie‑dough icecream should be.
The combination of caramel icecream, chocolate sauce, and cookie‑dough chunks creates an icecream with clear layers of flavor and shifting textures. The creamy base, the liquid chocolate, and the soft dough pieces together form a well‑balanced and classic combination that works beautifully in desserts, cones, or as a standalone serving – the perfect cookie‑dough icecream for your icecream shop.
