At Kastbergs, ice cream maker Joachim Kastberg has developed his own elderflower syrup recipe, optimized for use in ice cream and sorbet. This unique recipe ensures that the familiar taste of elderflower is preserved, with its characteristic floral flavor enhanced by notes of pear and tropical fruits.
