At Kastbergs, we take this flavor to the next level by carefully balancing the right amount of mint to create a creamy, subtly sweet, and refreshing ice cream. The addition of our in-house developed dark chocolate ensures the perfect snap and texture.
In 2017, Joachim Kastberg traveled to Paris to develop his own chocolate recipe, fine-tuning its flavor, texture, and hardness to perfectly complement his ice creams. The result? A unique, handcrafted dark chocolate that enhances the ice cream’s depth and complexity.

We use fresh milk from Them Andelsmejeri, a cooperative owned by local dairy farmers. Their milk is sourced within a 30km radius of the dairy, ensuring short transport times and high sustainability.
