This innovation, Kastbergs’ Olive Oil Ice Cream, is truly an ice cream designed for high-end restaurants. Its complex flavor profile offers aromas of olive, freshly mown grass, artichoke, lemon, and more.
This complexity provides numerous culinary possibilities. It can be used in appetizers, such as being served alongside salmon; incorporated into various main courses; or, of course, used in a more traditional dessert, as seen in the delicious example we’ve created.
