Peanut-Caramel-Chocolate – A Familiar Flavor Combination
In this delightful ice cream, master ice cream maker Joachim Kastberg has reinterpreted a well-known flavor combination.
In Kastbergs’ version of this Peanut-Caramel-Chocolate ice cream, a sweet peanut ice cream is made with a rich, nutty flavor, completely free of bitterness. Mixed with the ice cream is our homemade salted caramel sauce and chocolate sauce. The ice cream is layered so that each bite contains the flavors of peanut, salted caramel, and chocolate. It’s no surprise this has become a summer favorite for both kids and adults alike.
This ice cream has also become somewhat of a Kastbergs specialty, due to the inclusion of several of our house-made ingredients. For example, our homemade salted caramel sauce, which has been a part of products like our Salted Caramel Ice Cream and Banana Split Ice Cream for some time, is included. New in 2023, we also introduced a homemade chocolate cream, which elevates the Peanut-Caramel-Chocolate ice cream to the next level, as it is also featured in our Banana Split Ice Cream and Chocolate Cookie Ice Cream.
