Rum-Soaked Raisins for a Bold Flavor

Crafted with Danish Rum from Fanø

At Kastbergs, we use Fanø Spirits’ award-winning “Havfruen” Rum, a Jamaican-style rum aged in oak barrels on the Danish island of Fanø. This premium rum is infused with local flavors such as sea buckthorn and heather honey, adding a distinct character to the ice cream.

Before being mixed into the ice cream, jumbo raisins are soaked in Havfruen Rum, absorbing its rich, aromatic notes while retaining a pleasant bite.
