Why head chefs choose Kastbergs
Why head chefs choose Kastbergs
Our own ice-cream dairy in Denmark
We produce everything ourselves – no middlemen. Milk and cream come from Danish dairies, and we use fresh ingredients for our sorbets. You can taste the difference.
For professionals only
We do not sell in supermarkets or to private customers. Our ice cream is developed for restaurant kitchens that want quality without making dessert from scratch.
Creamy textures that hold
Our dairy ice cream keeps its consistency from freezer to plate. No ice crystals by the time it reaches your guest.
Flavours of the season
We change our range with the seasons. Rhubarb in spring. Strawberry in summer. Apple in autumn. Your desserts follow the season.
