Honey gives us a natural, soft sweetness with character — and we source it from beekeepers in West Jutland. It is sweetness with an imprint of the landscape the bees have flown over.
Sweetness with origin
Unlike sugar, honey carries the taste of its surroundings — of flowers, heather and season. By using Danish honey, we add a sweetness that is also a flavour in its own right, one that ties ice cream and terroir together.
